Canada is the exception nobody expects: 50×70 mm, taller and wider than the international rectangle, and a photo cropped for any other country is the wrong shape. IRCC also publishes a face-height range measured chin to crown, and requires two identical prints taken within the previous six months on photo-service paper — home printing is explicitly not accepted.
